“Oh, I Want to See Him” is a Christian hymn that was written by Rufus Henry Cornelius. It was first published in 1916. The author, Cornelius, was born on 24th January 1872 in Alabama.
He was a High School teacher by profession. It was while in this profession that he became interested in church music. He was taught music by famous music teachers such as A J Showalter.
